Method
- Combine chia seeds and milk in a jar or container. Stir to mix evenly, and refrigerate overnight, at least 8 hours, or up to 2 days.
- About an hour before you’re ready to serve, add the remaining ingredients to the jar. Stir well, and return to the fridge for about an hour (this is to let the spices meld).
Notes
To serve, divide into bowls and add any toppings you like–fruit like pomegranate seeds or fresh cranberries, or a drizzle of maple syrup would be delicious!
