This herbal tea uses a combination of bitter and aromatic herbs for the same purpose, as well as support a calm nervous system that’s crucial for “resting & digesting.” In Ayurveda, these herbs create the clarity and space for complete digestion; in TCM, these herbs address a “damp spleen.”
