Confession: I wasn't sure I was going to run a sea

Confession: I wasn't sure I was going to run a seasonal Ayurvedic reset this spring. There's a lot going on in my life right now, and my ongoing studies are making me even more aware of the ways we need to personalize our medicine.

But, in the pursuit of sharing the wisdom of Ayurveda, and trusting that being in community will be the buoy I need (and vice versa), it's happening 🤗 This year's theme is "beginnings" (it being spring, and all 🌿), but more specifically we're going to get back to the beginnings/basics of Ayurveda but studying the gunas. Yes, we'll eat kitchari and talk about balancing kapha—but you'll also know whether you NEED kitchari or to balance kapha, or perhaps something else, or perhaps you're already balanced and just want a little break from the day to day.
